Ghazal 93 (غزل ۹۳) · Divan of Hafez
چه لطف بود که ناگاه رَشحِهٔ قَلَمَت
che loṭf būd ke nāgāh rashḥe-ye qalamat
ḥoqūq-e khedmat-e mā ʿarże kard bar karamat
be nūk-e khāme raqam kardeʾī salām-e marā
ke kārkhāne-ye dowrān mabād bī raqamat
nagūyam az man-e bīdel be sahv kardī yād
ke dar ḥesāb-e kherad nīst sahv bar qalamat
marā ẕalīl magardān be shokr-e īn neʿmat
ke dāsht dowlat-e sarmad ʿazīz o moḥtaramat
biyā ke bā sar-e zolfat qarār khāham kard
ke gar saram beravad barnadāram az qadamat
ze ḥāl-e mā delat āgah shavad magar vaqtī
ke lāle bardamad az khāk-e koshtegān-e ghamat
ravān-e teshne-ye mā rā be jorʿeʾī daryāb
cho mīdehand zolāl-e Kheżr ze jām-e Jamat
hamīshe vaqt-e to ey ʿīsī-ye ṣabā khosh bād
ke jān-e Ḥāfeẓ-e delkhaste zende shod be damat
