بهار و گل طربانگیز گشت و توبهشکن
bahār o gol ṭarab-angīz gasht o towbe-shekan
be shādī rokh-e gol bīkh-e gham ze del bar kan
resīd bād-e ṣabā ghonche dar havā-dārī
ze khod borūn shod o bar khod darīd pīrāhan
ṭarīq-e ṣedq biyāmūz az āb-e ṣāfī-ye del
be rāstī ṭalab āzādegī ze sarv-e chaman
ze dast-bord-e ṣabā gerd-e gol kalāle negar
shekanj-e gīsū-ye sonbol bebīn be rūy-e saman
ʿarūs-e ghonche resīd az ḥaram be ṭāleʿ-e saʿd
be ʿeynehī del o dīn mī-barad be vajh-e ḥasan
