Ghazal 36 (غزل ۳۶) · Divan of Hafez
تا سرِ زلفِ تو در دستِ نسیم افتادست
tā sar-e zolf-e to dar dast-e nasīm oftād ast
del-e sowdāzade az ghoṣṣe do nīm oftād ast
cheshm-e jādū-ye to khwod ʿeyn-e savād-e seḥr ast
līkan īn hast ke īn noskhe saqīm oftād ast
dar kham-e zolf-e to ān khāl-e siyah dānī chīst?
noqte-ye dūde ke dar ḥalqe jīm oftād ast
zolf-e meshkīn-e to dar golshan-e ferdows-e ʿezār
chīst? ṭāvūs ke dar bāgh-e naʿīm oftād ast
del-e man dar havas-e rūy-e to ey mūnes-e jān
khāk-e rāhī-st ke dar dast-e nasīm oftād ast
hamcho gard īn tan-e khākī natavānad barkhāst
az sar-e kūy-e to z-ān rū ke ʿaẓīm oftād ast
sāye-ye qadd-e to bar qāleb-am ey ʿīsī-dam
ʿaks-e rūḥī-st ke bar ʿaẓm-e ramīm oftād ast
ān ke joz kaʿbe moqām-ash nabod az yād-e lab-at
