عشقِ تو نهالِ حیرت آمد
ʿeshq-e to nahāl-e ḥeyrat āmad
vaṣl-e to kamāl-e ḥeyrat āmad
bas gharqe-ye ḥāl-e vaṣl k-ākher
ham bar sar-e ḥāl-e ḥeyrat āmad
yek del benamā ke dar rah-e ū
bar chehre na khāl-e ḥeyrat āmad
na vaṣl bemānad o na vāṣel
ān jā ke khiyāl-e ḥeyrat āmad
az har ṭarafī ke gūsh kardam
āvāz-e soʾāl-e ḥeyrat āmad
shod monhazem az kamāl-e ʿezzat
ān rā ke jalāl-e ḥeyrat āmad
sar tā qadam-e vojūd-e Ḥāfeẓ
