عکسِ رویِ تو چو در آینهٔ جام افتاد
ʿaks-e rūy-e to cho dar āyene-ye jām oftād
ʿāref az khande-ye mey dar ṭamaʿ-e khām oftād
ḥosn-e rūy-e to be yek jelve ke dar āyene kard
īn hame naqsh dar āyīne-ye owhām oftād
īn hame ʿaks-e mey o naqsh-e negārīn ke nomūd
yek forūgh-e rokh-e sāqīst ke dar jām oftād
gheyrat-e ʿeshq zabān-e hame khāṣān bebrīd
kaz kojā serr-e ghamash dar dahan-e ʿām oftād
man ze masjed be kharābāt na khod oftādam
īnam az ʿahd-e azal ḥāṣel-e farjām oftād
che konad kaz pey-e dowrān naravad chūn pargār
har ke dar dāyere-ye gardesh-e ayyām oftād
dar kham-e zolf-e to āvīkht del az chāh-e zanakh
āh kaz chāh borūn āmad o dar dām oftād
ān shod ey khvāje ke dar ṣowmeʿe bāzam bīnī
kār-e mā bā rokh-e sāqī o lab-e jām oftād
zīr-e shamshīr-e ghamash raqṣkonān bāyad raft
