سَبَتْ سَلْمیٰ بِصُدْغَیها فُؤادي
sabat Salmā bi-ṣudghayhā fuʾādī
wa rūḥī kulla yawmin lī yunādī
negārā bar man-e bī-del bebakhshāy
wa wāṣilnī ʿalā raghmi l-aʿādī
ḥabībā dar gham-e sowdāy-e ʿeshqat
tawakkalnā ʿalā rabbi l-ʿibādī
a man ankartanī ʿan ʿeshq-e Salmā
tuzāwwal ān rūy-e nehkū bavādī
ke hamchon mot be-būtan del va ey rah
gharīqu l-ʿeshqi fī baḥri l-widādī
be-pey māchān gharāmat besporīman
gharat yek vey raveshtī az amā dī
gham-e īn del bevātat khvord nāchār
wa ghar na ū benī ānchat nashādī
del-e Ḥāfeẓ shod andar chīn-e zolfat
bi-laylin moẓlimin wa-llāhu hādī
