ما بیغمانِ مست دل از دست دادهایم
mā bī-ghamān-e mast del az dast dāde-īm
ham-rāz-e ʿeshq o ham-nafas-e jām-e bāde-īm
bar mā basī kamān-e malāmat keshīde-and
tā kār-e khod ze abrū-ye jānān goshāde-īm
ey gol to dūsh dāgh-e ṣabūḥī keshīde-ī
mā ān shaqāyeqīm ke bā dāgh zāde-īm
pīr-e moghān ze towbe-ye mā gar malūl shod
gū bāde ṣāf kon ke be ʿozr īstāde-īm
kār az to mī-ravad, madadī ey dalīl-e rāh
k-enṣāf mī-dahīm o ze rāh ūftāde-īm
chon lāle, mey mabīn o qadaḥ dar miyān-e kār
īn dāgh bīn ke bar del-e khūnīn nahāde-īm
goftī ke «ḥāfeẓ īn hame rang o khayāl chīst?!»
