ای شاهد قدسی، کِه کَشَد بند نقابت؟

ey shāhed-e qodsī ke keshad band-e neqābat

vey morgh-e beheshtī ke dehad dāne o ābat

khābam beshod az dīde dar īn fekr-e jegar-sūz

k-āghūsh-e ke shod manzel-e āsāyesh o khābat

darvīsh namī-porsī o tarsam ke nabāshad

andīshe-ye āmorzesh o parvā-ye savābat

rāh-e del-e ʿoshshāq zad ān chashm-e khomārī

peydāst az īn shīve ke mast ast sharābat

tīrī ke zadī bar delam az ghamze khaṭā raft

tā bāz che andīshe konad raʾy-e ṣavābat

har nāle o faryād ke kardam nashenīdī

peydāst negārā ke boland ast janābat

dūr ast sar-e āb az īn bādiye hoshdār

tā ghūl-e bīābān nafrībad be-sarābat

tā dar rah-e pīrī be-che āyīn ravī ey del

bārī be-ghalaṭ ṣarf shod ayyām-e shabābat

ey qaṣr-e del-afrūz ke manzelgah-e onsī

yā rab makonād āfat-e ayyām kharābat

Ḥāfeẓ na gholāmīst ke az khvāje gorīzad

ṣolḥī kon o bāzā ke kharābam ze-ʿetābat
