اَلا یا اَیُّهَا السّاقی اَدِرْ کَأسَاً و ناوِلْها
alā yā ayyuhā s-sāqī adir kaʾsan wa nāwilhā
ke ʿeshq āsān nemūd avval valī oftād moshkel-hā
be būy-e nāfe-ī k-ākhar ṣabā z-ān ṭorre bogshāyad
ze tāb-e jaʿd-e moshkīnash che khūn oftād dar del-hā
marā dar manzel-e jānān che amn-e ʿeysh chūn har dam
jaras faryād mī-dārad ke bar-bandīd maḥmel-hā
be mey sajjāde rangīn kon garat pīr-e moghān gūyad
ke sālek bī-khabar nabvad ze rāh o rasm-e manzel-hā
shab-e tārīk o bīm-e mowj o gerdābī chenīn ḥāyel
kojā dānand ḥāl-e mā sabok-bārān-e sāḥel-hā
hame kāram ze khodkāmī be bad-nāmī keshīd ākhar
nahān key mānad ān rāzī k-az ū sāzand maḥfel-hā
ḥożūrī gar hamī-khvāhī az ū ghāʾeb ma-shaw Ḥāfeẓ
